For all transactions involving compensation with an effective date of July 1, 2017 or later, there is a new form to be used. The Faculty Compensation Approval Form replaces the Faculty Charging Instructions. For more information regarding when to use this form, please refer to the Calendar of Changes - Summer 2017.
