A set of samples from the candidate’s scholarship that will be read by the entire Tenure Appointments and Promotions Committee. There is no designated reader. Choose selections from more than one article, essay, or chapter that will help the committee grasp the range and significance of the candidate’s scholarship and research, comprising a total of approximately 75 pages. Each selection must include footnotes, endnotes, appropriate illustrations or appendices, and, in the case of books, a table of contents. Include a list (cover sheet) with this section explaining the source (i.e. book or journal title) of each article and the page numbers. Important: the content of these selections should not overlap.
