Leaves Reporting

The leave codes below are used on the Workday report “Academic – Faculty Leaves by Term – Yale”. This report can be run for all faculty in an academic unit, or for a single faculty member if you would like to review an individual’s leave history. This report pulls the last 7 years of leave history, as well as one year in the future, because faculty can have no more than 4 leaves in a 7-year period. The right-most column on this report shows any leave notes or agreements that have been made in determining leave eligibility.
