* If the academic appointment crosses two academic years or does not fit one of the existing options, select the AWP and DPP of 12 Month AWP - July (July 1 - June 30) and enter the full-year equivalent of the compensation.
E.g. #1 Appointment dates: August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026, compensation is $100,000, enter as $100,000
E.g. #2 Appointment dates: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026, compensation is $100,000, enter as $100,000
E.g. #3 Appointment dates: November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, compensation is $30,000 ($6,000 per month), enter as $72,000 ($6,000 x 12 months = full-year compensation)
