In order to meet the August payroll processing deadline, faculty appointment forms should be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 12th @ 12:00 p.m.
For faculty updates such as terminations, reappointments, promotions or extra compensation payments, please submit the appropriate faculty appointment form to faculty.admin@yale.edu. For all new faculty appointments, please hand deliver the Faculty Data Collection Form to Office of Faculty Administrative Services (OFAS), 246 Church St. Room 216.
Note: All summer compensation forms should be sent to Abigail Scott, with a cc to Kathy Schoonmaker, Faculty Compensation, Provost Office, Warner 304. Deadline for submitting these forms to the Provost Office is Tuesday, August 12th @ 12:00 p.m.
