The payroll processing deadline is Monday, May 12th @ 12:00 p.m.
In order to meet the May payroll processing deadline, faculty appointment forms should be submitted no later than Monday, May 12th @ 12:00 p.m.
For faculty updates such as terminations, reappointments, promotions or extra compensation payments, please submit the appropriate faculty appointment form to faculty.admin@yale.edu. For all new faculty appointments, please hand deliver the Faculty Data Collection Form to Office of Faculty Administrative Services (OFAS), 246 Church St. Room 216.
