As a reminder, Interfolio is NOT an advertisement. Interfolio is a system to collect and manage applications for academic searches and is used to help keep Yale in compliance with the US Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Hence, the reason to adhere to the advertising guidelines set forth by the US Department of Labor.

Review the Check list before you open and close a search.

Add a new position: Log in; click + Position upper right to add a new position

Follow through the six Interfolio steps to set up a position; click for more instructions.

Do the final edits to allow Applicants to Apply by doing the following; click for more instructions.
*NOTE: All Interfolio positions created by a Faculty of Arts and Sciences (FAS) department will need to be approved by the FAS Dean’s office. Similarly, Yale Medical School positions are approved by OAPD Faculty Affairs and the remaining Professional schools follow an approval process as well. Therefore, once approved, you will need to do the Final Edits - click the Edit Position and from the Position Actions upper right on the Applicant List screen to do the post set-up edits.
