June 7, 2021 This session included a review of the policies and procedures related to Summer Compensation and paying faculty in the summer. In addition, there were a number of reminders and important notes.
April 20, 2021 This session began with a number of important updates such as issues with the hiring process in Workday due to a recent upgrade and an alert regarding compensation for part-time, part-year faculty. Then, we reviewed the procedures for terminations, resignations, and retirements as well as the procedures for onboarding new faculty.
March 9, 2021 The topics for this session included discussion of retroactive job and compensation changes, the launch of “Helpful Hump Day,” completing the academic leave process, and Workday data clean up.
October 28, 2020 This first meeting covered a broad array of topics including location changes for faculty working outside of Connecticut, upcoming changes to the Workday training guides, academic leave requests, and updates to Interfolio.
