  • February 13, 2020   The topics for this session include a review of the newly launched Academic Appointee Administration (AAA) website, updates on various data clean-up projects in Workday, and completing the leave request process and how to handle changes throughout the year.
     
  • November 15, 2019   Audrey Bribiescas provided a review of the process for updating users and committees in Interfolio.  Diane Rodrigues reviewed the distinction between academic leaves, teaching relief and work reduction and provided an overview of the timeline for submitting requests for academic leaves.
  • October 18, 2019   Audrey Bribiescas kicked off the session with Interfolio updates and reminders (Interfolio slides).  Diane Rodrigues then talked about the importance of submitting supporting documents in a single PDF, the need to review updates to the faculty hiring guide, and a review of the role of the Disbursement Plan Period in Workday.
